How AI Credits Are Used in Fiidom

What Are AI Credits?​

AI credits are used to power Fiidom’s AI-driven features, such as product content generation and smart pricing optimization. Each time you use an AI feature, a certain number of credits are consumed based on the task performed.

AI credits help ensure fair usage while maintaining fast and high-quality AI performance for all users.

Where AI Credits Are Used​

Your AI credits may be used for the following features:

  • AI Product Content

    • Generating product titles
    • Writing product descriptions
    • Optimizing bullet points and highlights

  • AI Pricing Assistance

    • Smart price suggestions
    • Price optimization based on market data

  • Other AI-powered Tools

    • Future AI features may also consume credits

Each AI action consumes a certain number of credits depending on its complexity.

How to Check Your AI Credit Usage​

You can view your AI credit usage at any time by going to:

Settings → General Settings → Plan & Usage

In the AI credits usage section, you’ll see:

  • Total AI credits available for the current billing period
  • Credits already used
  • Remaining credits

A progress bar helps you quickly understand your usage at a glance.

Monthly Credit Reset​

AI credits reset automatically based on your billing cycle.

  • Reset date: The 1st day of your billing period
  • Reset time: 00:00 AM (UTC)

Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

What Happens When You Run Out of Credits?​

If you reach your AI credit limit for the current billing period:

  • AI-powered features will be temporarily unavailable
  • You can continue using non-AI features as usual
  • AI access will be restored automatically at the start of your next billing period
